Monitoring, Reporting & Verification (MRV)
Our team designs and implements tailored carbon monitoring activities and MRV systems. We have hands-on experience with forest carbon stock measurement, greenhouse gases emission calculation, remote sensing validation, and producing monitoring reports.
Validation and Verification Support
Guide project proponents through the validation and verification process, coordinating with accredited Validation/Verification Bodies (VVBs), preparing technical responses to auditor queries, & managing the documentation package required for project registration.
Community Engagement
Meaningful community participation is the foundation of our projects. We design Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) processes, benefit-sharing frameworks, and community monitoring program.

With a founders in 15+ years experience in NbS carbon markets, Monitoring and Evaluation, Climate Community and Biodiversity standard, and Community engagement.
Safira Nurul Izzah – Lead Carbon Project
Safira is a Climate and sustainability professional with experience in carbon project validation and verification, agroforestry market systems, and environmental research, including expertise in soil organic carbon analysis. Has a proven track record managing nature-based and social forestry carbon projects under Verra CCB standards, conducting field and laboratory environmental analysis, and developing monitoring and MRV-related frameworks. She is skilled in integrating technical research, community-based sustainability programs, and digital climate tools to support carbon markets, supply chain transparency, and ecosystem-based development.
Safira holds a master degree M.Sc. in Ecology and Environmental Monitoring from the University of Glasgow and a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Brawijaya University.
Indra Divayana – Business Development Manager
Indra is a Senior Carbon Project Developer and Business Development Manager with over ten years of experience in nature-based carbon project development across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Papua New Guinea. He has extensive experience in project origination, development, and conservation finance, including leading the development of a long-term financing mechanism for a portfolio of verified forest conservation projects. Through this work, he helped secure conservation financing for approximately 250,000 hectares across peatland, mangrove, and dryland ecosystems in four countries. He has also guided nature-based projects through Verra VCS, CCB Standards, and Plan Vivo certification.
Indra also holds an M.Sc. in Forestry from IPB University.
Ayub Setia – Senior Environmental and Climate Specialist
Ayub is a senior environmental assessment specialist with a decade of experience managing complex natural resource and safeguarding projects across Indonesia. His versatile expertise bridges the gap between land and sea, spanning Agriculture, Forestry, and Other Land Use (AFOLU), biodiversity monitoring, and offshore environmental baseline coordination.
Throughout his career, Ayub has guided environmental and social safeguards for high-stakes sectors, including forestry, palm oil plantations, mining, renewable energy, and major infrastructure initiatives. He is highly skilled in High Conservation Value (HCV) and High Carbon Stock (HCS) assessments, climate project design (CCB/PDD), ESG due diligence, and Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) stakeholder engagement.
He holds an M.Sc. in Natural Resource and Environmental Management from IPB University.
Mutia Rahma Apriani – Geospatial Specialist
Mutia Rahma Apriani is a Geomatics Engineering specialist with strong GIS and geospatial analysis expertise, particularly in supporting Nature-based Solutions (NbS), forest conservation, and community-based forest management projects. She has experience supporting multiple CCB projects across Kalimantan and Papua, contributing to geospatial analysis and data processing, project data management, field surveys, stakeholder coordination, and technical documentation for PDD development and validation. She is skilled in QGIS, Google Earth Engine (GEE), remote sensing, satellite imagery, and geospatial data automation, with additional experience in land-use change and deforestation analysis for GHG assessments
Our Experience
We have managed projects resulting in over 3.5 million tCO2e of net emission reductions over 30 years across 15 forest and community projects in 5 provinces in Indonesia.
NbS Portfolio Feasibility Assessment
Our assessment provided SCeNe Coalition with a clear view of project viability across multiple landscapes by mapping each site against eligibility rules, financial return scenarios, and safeguard risks to enable confident capital allocation decisions. The work was conducted in three provinces: East Nusa Tenggara, Riau, and South Sumatra, Indonesia.
Building Community Resilience in Nagari Forest Through Sustainable Forest Management
